Hello,
I need to reset a password to an admin account i own. the problem is, my email is no longer active, hence i will need the reset link to be sent to another email.
How can i accomplish that?

Since you are on the Premium plan, you have access to Atlassian support. You should open a ticket with them to request assistance, as it's not something community users will be able to do for you.
Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact. Under What Can We Help You With, choose My Account, then Other under Select a Topic.
