Performance issue post Jira version upgrade to 9.4.4

Hello All,

We have upgraded OS version to 8.7 rhel and MySQL version to 8.0.31. Post this we upgraded our Jira DC to 9.4.4 version. We are facing too many performance issues. We have tried to fine tune many configurations. But nothing seems to work. Every time we see dead locks and we end up restarting the service. Post the version upgrade, we see every operation slowed down. Can you please help on how we can get out of this situation?.
