Hello,
I have a project with tasks on it. My sprint has ended and i created a new one in same project. I can create tasks on new sprint but my manager cannot even tho he is the owner of the project. He is getting the error saying "The requestes board cannot be viewed because it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it". Strange thing is, when he opens jira from web browser he can create tasks. Problem is he is using the app on his Mac. Thanks for your time.
Hi @Onur AKÇAY ,
Hi @Onur AKÇAY ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Please could you check if he has browse project permissions?

FYI: Atlassian no longer supports the Mac app (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Mobile-Apps-articles/Announcement-Sunsetting-the-Jira-Cloud-for-Mac-App/ba-p/1911778)
For the current issue it sounds like the have the proper permissions in the cloud. I would suggest removing the app (remove the app cache). Then hopefully the permissions will sync when they login again. Hopefully this will get you past the issue.

Hi @Brant Schroeder ,
"Starting in February 2022 we are sunsetting support of the Jira Cloud for Mac app".
We are in 2023 now :)
