Hello!
Please, provide me any information related to board permissions.
I set up a couple of boards. I could not find the way how to make it visible to groups of users. For example, I need a board for the designers and it should be visible only for designers. This board must have an agile board, they have their own sprints. The key point is to set up a board for each team. otherwise, I have to set up one board for the full cycle development process starting from analyst and ending with QA department using one single board and make it visible to the whole team. I found only one way is to set up a couple of projects: Analyst project_name, Design project_name, etc.
In addition, I need to apply different workflows to each board but I could not find the how to do it. Please, assist me to resolve these concerns.
Kind regards,
Mikhail.
To share the board with users - please have a look at his article https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-resources/jira-agile-faq/how-to-restrict-the-access-to-jira-agile-scrum-board
For complete details on permission levels on JIRA and also to boards functionality , refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/permissions-overview-764478244.html
Hope this helps!

Well basically, the board is visible to users with whom you shared the board ('s filter)..
And what they can do in the board is determined by what permissions they have on the project.
