Personalised fields in notifications (Jira work management)

Is there a way to add personalised fields in Jira work management notifications? For instance, the epic/task name?

Hi @Lou Rondy and welcome to the Community!

You cannot customise the default notification templates JWM uses for sending notifications. However, if you need custom notifications, you can create your own custom messages with Automation.

The send email action allows you to create custom messages where you can include custom fields using smart values.
