Hello @Rajshekhar Gandigudi , this indicates that the field named Pipelines is required before you make an issue.Make sure to check your field configuration scheme for that project. Also, check your workflow and the Create transition and look if the validator has this field as required. If it does, remove it from the validator and publish your draft.

Yes, you need to be Jira admin. Meaning you need to have the Administer Jira global permission.
