Does Jira have Pivot table type report or Dashboard Gadget available, I would like to see summarized data

Jira does not offer a native pivot table gadget. You could eventually try its "Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" gadget, but it can display data only by count (no sums, percentages, etc), but for something better you'll need to search on Atlassian Marketplace for an app (plugin) that provides such gadget.

In case you want to try an app, our Great Gadgets app offers a very capable Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that allows you to display multidimensional pivot tables, heatmaps tables, or pivot charts of various types. It can calculate count, sums or percentages. Here are some examples:

Can you please elaborate what is the data and result you would like to see. Based on the requirement, we can suggest what is available inbuilt and in marketplace.
