Placeholders displayed instead of custom dashboard description.

The description of dashboards are not being displayed. Placeholders are present in place of description. Can you help here to resolve this issue. This is a custom gadget that user has developed for himself. We are hosting our Jira in cloud. We have two environments i.e for testing and for production, in testing there is no issue like this, but in production we have this issue since we upgraded jira to 9.15.2 in last week of july 2024.

Sounds like bug in Jira. I don't have solution for this. Did you raise support request for that?

Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński Not yet. Seems but we are having this issue in only one environment and other is good and both are having same version and all.
