Plan Test Cycle not showing any data

Hello,

Sometime when we click on test cycle link in JIRA it will show blank page.

So i tried going to Tests->Plan Test Cycle-> still it shows blank screen instead of showing release wise test cycles available in JIRA

what you describe is not a standard functionality of Jira. Seems that you are using a plugin like Zephyr. Please provide more information (eg screen shots) about your problem, so that the community can help.
