Planning status is not appearing as a filter on my Backlog

We currently have a Kanban board set up, that gives the option to use the Planning status but there is no page to look specifically for the tickets in that status. The only current way to view is in a search. Any tips on how to get this status view able in the backlog page or as a particular filter?

Hi @Mariah Escobedo

You can view this Planning status in your Kanban backlog by adding a column in your board with this name + this status configured.

Please refer to this doc: Using your Kanban backlog

 

Now, to add this new column to your board, you need to

  1. Go to your board, then select more (•••) > Board settings.
  2. Click the Columns tab.
  3. Create a new column and then drag and drop the Planning status into this column.
