Our Project Management team is looking for a jira app that provides hours-based Gantt Charts that can automatically schedule tasks on team's workday based on estimates.
I checked descriptions for each app from marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira&query=gantt
Only "timeline" by Addonrock Sp. z o.o. has hours granularity but it doesn't provide workday scheduling, estimate vs timespent logs, relationships support.
All other apps including top-rated BigPicture plan by days only.
Maybe Community could suggest anything that I missed.
Hello, @Eugene Kraschenko. I guess we are all quite late with a reply :( (Sorry about that.)
Structure.Gantt allows you to set the time precision as you like -- down to minutes if you'd like, hourly by default.
Note: I work for the company that makes Structure.Gantt. Unfortunately, I cannot say for sure which of the other Gantt solutions may also support hourly time precision.
Hopefully, you already found what you were looking for.

Hello Eugene
Thanks for appreciating our work. You're right in that BigPicture is capable of days and not hours, still, you've got options here in terms of hourly planning.
Have a look at the below figure 1. I added the 'Description' field to the view (View > Column views > Manage column views), and did my hourly planning right there, obviously, you could utilize some less used string field, such as 'Environment'.
Another option is the entirely new Calendar module (available beginning BigPicture ver. 8), as seen in figure 2. While it's still days, not hours, it would be easier for the assignees to focus on that highlighted 27th of July 2020 (today date), and complete the two tasks that show in the box. More on the Calendar module.
Also, BigPicture gets dozens of new versions per year. Why is that important for 'the hourly granularity'? Well, many Gantt chart plugins get few, if any updates. BP is just very actively developed. Chances are we'll have the hourly granularity sometime.
