Plug-in Copy Issue Link - need to keep it shown at all times
We've installed Copy Issue Link plugin:

Unfortunately, this adds a panel to all issues, which is hidden by default - user needs to scroll up and click the button, to show the panel for copying - button shown on screenshot:
Only after that, the copy link panel will open and only after that the link to the issue can be copied as requested...
The result is 2 clicks are needed to copy the issue link...
We would like to make it only for 1 click... How can we configure the Copy Issue Link panel to be shown at all times, without the need of usage of the first button?

Hi @Pavel Dvořák , I understand your feedback about wanting to be able to access the "Copy Issue Link" plugin as quickly as possible so you can copy custom issue data to your clipboard in as few clicks as possible.
Atlassian controls the possible plugin integration points, but you can access the Copy Issue Link plugin in two places: (1) below the Issue Summary or (2) in the pane to the right of the Issue:
For the portal below the issue summary, once, "the app has been opened by any user on the system for a particular issue, it will be open for all users."
For the portal on the right hand side, there is an open request on Atlassian to make it possible control exactly what order plugins appear in the right hand pane.
