Plug-in upgrade issue

We had one server and deployed jira7.3.8 and confluence6.2.2
When we upgraded to jira8.2.2 and confluence6.1.5.4,
Do I have to pay for the jira plugin?
Will confluence's plug-ins require an upgrade fee?

If You Already Paid for jira plugins its not required To after the upgrade same License u will apply the plugins .
