Plugins com.atlassian.streams... fail to load

At boot 

JIRA-Bootstrap INFO [c.a.plugin.util.WaitUntil] Plugins that have yet to be enabled: (3): [com.atlassian.streams.streams-thirdparty-plugin, com.atlassian.streams, com.atlassian.streams.actions]

 

Jira Software was uninstalled.
Could these plugins belong to that package and are some leftovers?

Tried to add those to pluginstate table as false.
System does not complain, but does not display login page properly and system is unusable.

Thank you for any hint.
