Populating link count in a custom field

Howdy,

I'm trying to create an automation which updated the link count in a CF. The end-goal is for stories to display the amount of linked tickets.

I've gotten it to work in the opposite way. I.e. updating a CF of the ticket which is being linked. Does someone have a clue as to the opposite?

Hi @Jonathan Petersson

One option is to run a scheduled trigger that goes through all tickets and updates the count overnight. 

Another option is to use a reporting plugin that will just count the # of issues linked without having to use automation such as EazyBI and Structure.
