Porting data from Version One to Agile Jira

Our team is currently using Version One. I see that there is an option to port the data using xls. Where do I get the excel format from?

Is it possible to have an Epic and have multiple Epics under that?

I want to have -

Epic1

  Epic1.1

    Story 1.1.1

    Story 1.1.2

  Epic 1.2

    Story 1.2.1

 Epic 2.2

Once you have the information in excel, you can use the CSV import functionality on JIRA to import this excel. The feature will ask you to map the columns in the excel into one of the existing columns on JIRA.

I have done it several times and it works. it might take you a few iterations as the process is a bit complex.
