Possible to copy comment entered on confluence to a linked jira issue's comment?

I have a case where a confluence page is linked to a jira issue, and I'd like users to be able to enter comment on confluence page and have it be copied over to the jira issue's comments. Is this possible without add-ons, I only have JMWE as an add-on. I can see how to copy issues between issues, but not from confluence to jira.

Not possible with just JMWE. 

Also, what if there are two issues linked to a page? Or the comment gets edited?

Thanks, I was afraid of that. i was hoping for something similar to automation option in servicedesk where any comment changes would get echoed over to linked issue. Since in my case the links are created progamatically vs manually, I have control over what is linked so I wasn't worried about the many issues scenario.
