I have a workflow for design tickets that when the ticket is moved to QA, it is assigned to a person in our company to review. When that person either moves it to Done or back to In Progress, it should go back to the design account. This logic works perfectly fine when assigning for QA and back to In Progress, but when moving the ticket to Done, it doesn't set the assignee back to the original person.
As a side note, if possible, I would love if we could just setup a QA Assignee field that would be just be notified when at ticket would be moved to QA, vs having to change the assignee of the ticket itself.
Hi @Alex Lanclos,
You can create a QA Assignee custom field (User field), add it to your create screen, when you transition to QA, change the "Fire event" to an event you created (double tap "g" key and search for "Events", create a new event called "notify QA" with a "Issue Assigned" template) - under notification scheme used in your project, search for the event you created and add, select "User Custom Field Value" and then select the custom field you created to select the QA assignee.
This should be what you're looking for.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll try it out, seems fairly straight forward. Just in the case in the future where I would have a post function that I would need to be triggered on Done, any reason why it wouldn't get called?

You will need to post the workflow logic here and any information that may help, automatically assigning to last person assigned sounds like a plugin is involved.
