objet : Admin notification: Unable to create work item in CRC (Service Management)
message :
Hi,
We couldn't create a work item in CRC (Service Management) (crc@datanalysis.atlassian.net) for the email received from hbahri@datanalysis.re. The reason for the failure is:
For more details, review your processing logs.
Hello @HABIB BAHRI ,
With the given info, you are unable to create a work item in JSM via email.
Reason is: Email is connected to Request type (let's say ABC-Type) which is having few fields MANDATORY during work item (previously issue) creation.
You may visit JSM Project -> Settings -> Channel and Self Service -> Email -> Search for the Request type in the Email address list.
With above, check the Request Type form -> Setting -> Request Management -> Request Type -> Request type from above -> Request Form -> here you will see the required field mentioned for the work item creation.
Even your workflow assigned for above request type can be manadatory field during CREATE transition as well .
