I'm trying to get data from Jira into PowerBI. I'm using Web.Contents to attempt connection. I'm using the Headers section I'm using Authorization tag my Jira login and an API token key. This sometimes connects at other times (most of the time) it fails with something to do with the token and I'm forced back through the pop-up box interface and end up with an error message similar to 'An API key value wasn't specified', although there's no place in the interface to do this. O f course just now I restarted the PowerBI app and the Query isn't marked as failed - almost too scared to do anything - LOL. Does the interface or the M Code take preference?

@Mike Chapman Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I recommend using Basic authentication with your email as the username and an API token as the password, rather than passing the API token in the header. Check out my answer on this post and follow the steps outlined—you should be able to fetch data from Jira without any issues.
