Pre populate a tickets description in Company Managed Project

So in a team managed project you can pre-fill an issue types decsription field with text so that when a user creates a "Story" for example it pre populates. 

Any idea how to do this in a company managed project without the need for a plugin?

Hi Andrew,

You can do it post issue creation using post function / automation rule without using any 3rd party plugin.
But you cannot do it otherwise in JIRA Cloud pre creation of the ticket.

So, if your case works with post population, you can for the above mentioned solution
