Preventing issue transition based on subtask field

He all, 

Could someone help me with a solution to this problem? I need to prevent an issue from transitioning to"Awaiting Spoonsor Approval" if the "Unit Price" number field in all of the sub-tasks has no value in it.

 

I thought this would be an easy one but I'm stuck.

I'd write a custom condition using ScriptRunner. There be other apps that give you this kind of workflow condition

I would agree with that approach. Any idea what that script would look like?
