Preventing people from logging in on their holidays with Jira Cloud

As far as I know, with Tempo timesheet there isn't a native option to prevent log time for a holidays period.

The suggestion from Tempo, and a common solution, is to create an "internal work type" to log vacations, training, .... . The users should log the time for this kind of absences: : https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/best-practices-for-inactive-jira-users-and-tempo-t 

You could also think on deactivating temporarily the users during the holiday (by automated script) but it's a workaround not very polite.

Finally, it's not possible to intercept the Tempo work log event and build a validator, or something similar.
