As mentioned by @Mohamed Benziane - you could indeed consider eazyBI to analyze the Issue History, including the Statuses the Issues spent time on. You can also calculate the time the issues spent in particular statuses.

You are welcome to test the filters as well, you can easily remove them or add additional filters if necessary.
