Pricing details for the integration of qTest plugin with JIRA

In my project, we are using both JIRA Server as well as JIRA Cloud for tracking the requirements and Defect management. We would like to integrate qTest with both JIRAs. Please help me in getting the Pricing details so that we can proceed.
