Printable the entire screen for test case

Dear All,
I would like to ask about printable case.
Firstly, I created a test case including steps.After that I clicked on "printable" and file was download as html. But than I cannot see the entire screen and it includes 'summary' and 'issue type'.
Let me know in terms of this error.Please kindly assist and suggest me.The file was attached.
