Problem creating a new JIRA instance

Deleted user July 26, 2019

I had been running a JIRA instance, which had eval plugins, using the H2 database. I removed all plugins and and created a backup.

I decided to create a totaly new instance, totally removed the JIRA I was using from my laptop, re-installed a different version of JIRA and set up a new JIRA account using a new email address.

 I get the following error:

"There was a problem restoring ActiveObjects data for the <unknown plugin> plugin. Caught exception with following message: Constraint "FK_AO_E8B6CC_PR_PARTICIPANT_PULL_REQUEST_ID" already exists; SQL statement: ALTER TABLE PUBLIC.AO_E8B6CC_PR_PARTICIPANT ADD CONSTRAINT fk_ao_e8b6cc_pr_participant_pull_request_id FOREIGN KEY (PULL_REQUEST_ID) REFERENCES PUBLIC.AO_E8B6CC_PULL_REQUEST_COPY_42562_44(ID) [90045-185]. Please check the log for details."

Any idea for getting this to install?

Thank You

Looks like you have some data leftover from the plugins that were installed.

I'd try installing them again prior to the restore, then attempt it again.

You can then re-remove the plugins.
