Problem mobility stream Jira

On the jira mobility stream we have a problem. We can`t log in.

 

The problem what they said is: Add-On Not Found. The app requires the mobility for jira add-on but it was not found on your jira system or the license has experid.

 

I ask manuel of Jira and the license eind on 21 july 2021, thats not the problem.

 

What can we do to log in on the mobility stream?

Hi Frank,

 

you need to install an the jira mobile app in your jira instance to use the mobile app on your smartphones.

So someone with Jira System Admin Permission needs to go to the App Management in your Jira instance and install the app there.

Then it should work.

I have paid the invoice for the mobility.

How long it takes when we can use mobility again?

Did you also install the app in your Jira instance? When you pay the invoice, you'll get a license code that must be copied to the app configuration, so that the app "knows" that it is licensed.

You find the license code in the My Atlassian portal (my.atlassian.com)

You must be an admin to do this.

 

To install the app, you go to the cog menu next to your profile picture. There you select Manage Apps. Then you can search for the app and click install.

When the installation is finished,  you will be asked for the license. For that, you have to log in to https://my.atlassian.com and there you should find the license.
