Problem of Email Address for Jira Account

Hello @Frances Lee 

Thank you for coming to our Community to figure out how to reclaim your managed account. If your account was in fact managed by a previous employer and you no long have access there is no direct way for you to reclaim the said account. This is due to it being a manage account. Alternatively, you could contact your previous employer and request they release your account, this can be accomplished if your previous employer follows this guide: Make changes to a managed account.
