I had activate a sitename before some months for a project, e.g. doableinc.atlassian.net.
The project froze for some months and the subscription deactivated due to inactivity.
Now the project will start, but I can't reactivated again.
When I give the same name, it says that is already taken.
When I go to the page it shows the picture.
I tried to contact support, but it asks the URL which is no valid anymore and I can't do the the ticket...
I can see you do have a recently deleted site under your account. That site's name doesn't always become immediately available when the site is deleted. Sometimes the site's name is held by a provisioning service for some time after the site is deleted. Typically this is upwards of 30 days after the site is deleted.
You could try to create a support case with our customer advocate team and request that they reactivate the site. That should be able to reactivate the site, but it is unclear to me if the data on the site has already been deleted.

Hi @Emmanuel Zoutas ,
Welcome to the community !!
As per link below, Once your site has been deactivated (i.e. your site has been taken offline), you have two weeks to pay your outstanding quote or contact Atlassian to have the site restored before your data will be permanently deleted. https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
Steps to reactivate is also mentioned in the link above.

Hi @Emmanuel Zoutas ,
I've asked someone from the Atlassian Community Support team to take a look at it, and they'll probably get back to you in a day or so.
Cheers,
Tobi
