Problem trying to Reopen or Resolve issues

I just upgraded t0 5.1.4 and I cannot Reopen, Resolve or Close any issues. I get the follwoing exception i the log file - Exception thrown from action 'CommentAssignIssue', returning 404
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError -.

We had a similar case related to the Links Hierarchy Reports. Do you have this plugin installed?

That plugin doesn't work in 5.x at all, it's not been upgraded - I'd be surprised if it even lets Jira start in 5.1.4

But it's a good thing to check. If you don't have that plugin, then we'll need a bit more of your log, and a list of validators and post-functions on your reopen, resolve or close transition in the workflow (any transition that fails will do)
