Problem with EazyBI

We are getting Issues with EazyBI while viewing the reports: 

 

Failed to execute query. Error message:
ORA-00068: invalid value 0 for parameter _query_execution_time_limit, must be between 252115075 and 18446744073709517445

 

 

Any idea what this error is about ?

This was issue related to database failure, After performing DB restart it it is working fine.

Running into the same error. Any idea what causes it and how to prevent it? Maybe the application code is too vulnerable to slow-running queries?

Without log files, it is hard to comment on why this error could happen. The best way in those situations is to send eazyBI log files to eazyBI support: support@eazyBI.com|
