Problem with Jira Content Pack for Power BI

Hey all,

I use the Jira Content Pack to do evaluations on Power BI. There are currently around 1500 issues. So not much. Despite this, I often get a timeout when updating the data. I really don't know why. Could this be due to the API?

If you don't find a solution with Jira Content Pack, you can try the Microsoft Power BI & Tableau Connector for Jira or Microsoft Power BI Connector for Jira plugins.
You can easily export data from your Jira and create informative reports.
