Hello, we didn't receive activation mail for user with mail [redacted]. What can we do to solve this issue?
I took a closer look at this email address, at least at this time, there are no current records of messages blocked from Atlassian's side. There could have been a previous bounced message that has since been cleared. It appears that user was able to login to at least one of the cloud sites I see you have on your account.
For other users that find this, our Cloud users on a Free plan don't always have access to reach out to our other support channel for technical support issues. In cases like this, posting here in Community is one option to have Atlassian review and process these requests.
