Problem with filter by default

If I click in one of my projects in Jira I am not able to see my issues:

Captura1.PNG

If I click on "View all issues and filters" I can see the filter by default that is not working with my configuration by is: project = BIO AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY priority DESC, updated DESC

I have realized that the problem is with the term resolution = Unresolved

Is there any idea where the problem could be?

I had resolution field hide but I have tested to unhide and it is still not working.

Also I have been testing the state "Resolved" but configuration is the same as Jira default configuration.

Thank you!

Hi @Laura Vallejo

By Resolved and Unresolved, do you mean these are added to the Resolution values in your JIRA instance?

resolution = Unresolved is usually used to find issues where resolution  is not set yet, so this may be causing confusion.

try listing the issues in the project with the Resolution column to see whats in use.

The internal (not set) value of Unresolved will be show in italics. if its not then check your resolutions list.
