Hi, when we are trying to execute a group by report, JIRA does not allow us continuing because it does not allow selecting a filter. We can see in the the dialog modal URL (new window) a parameter with showProjects=false.
The final result is that we cannot generate a report group by "Issue Type".
Thank you for your time.
Hi @Tappers - I would go ahead and submit a support ticket to Atlassian:

I don't see the problem you have either as filters show up in my search.
What is it that you actually want to see? Maybe there is another way to get there.
The problem is that in only report (group by), filters do not work:
Rest of the reports, they work perfectly. Even, my default project is loaded by default when you enter:
We have a custom field called "Issue Type". We want to have a report group by Issue type and the number of issues of each category.
Thanks!

Hi @Tappers and welcome to the community,
You have to search for the filter and press enter. Then the results will appear below and you may select the filter:

Thank you @Alex Koxaras -Relational- for your response. That's the problem, filter does not work. In fact, you'll see in yours that if you search without filling any data, window shows some data. In our case, JIRA does not show anything... It works wirh the rest of the reports

I don't quite follow you. I've entered the word "dsp" on the search field, pressed enter and then the results appeared. If you try to search for a string, do any results appear?

That's just the problem. JIRA does not show any item... even introducing the exact name of the project. It only happens with this type of report.
