Hi everybody,
i have a Probleme with the Jira Text Editor. We can not our Description or Comments style, we have the Cloud Version in use. The Toolbar for the formatting is not visible. No formatting from old tickets is displayed. Have your a solution for this Problem?

It sounds like an admin has changed the field configuration to render the description and comments as plain text.
