Problems starting a new Jira plug in

Hello,

I get the bellow error when I go to universal Plugin Manager:

"An error occurred while connecting to the Atlassian Plugin Exchange. For more information about this problem, please refer to the UPM documentation."

For information I am working with Jira 4.2.3

Please can you help me?

Hi Tahar,

Seems like there's communication issue between your JIRA server with the Atlassian Marketplace.

Going forward, I would suggest the following:

• Ensure you are using the latest yet compatible UPM plugin. Download UPM plugin from the Marketplace(UPM 1.1.4 for JIRA 4.2.3) and install it through JIRA
• Confirm if proxy or firewall is blocking the connection to the Atlassian Marketplace, check out this KB -- How to configure an outbound http and https proxy for Jira applications
• Ensure that SSL certificates are installed in the Java trust store, check out this KB -- The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable
