We have really big problems with Jira this morning.
- Error 503
- We couldn't connect to that issue
- No permission to load this issue
Do anyone have this problem to?
Hi @Unsöld Katrin and welcome to the community,
There is seems to be a general thing affecting certain instances. For a certain clients of mine, jira is fine. In other not. Keep an eye on https://status.atlassian.com/

Ok. But status on status page is then not right... or am I wrong?
At the moment it says "Operational" and that is clearly not the case for some customers

@Unsöld Katrin they don't update it instantly. They have to drill into the problem, receive multiple complaints and then most likely they will update the status. But it is an active incident. Two of my clients just called me about JSM
