I have some problems with notifications: I don't get it on my mail. My personal settings is correct, I indicated that I want to receive all notifications. I checked filters on my mail for "jira@...": there are not.
1. You should be a assignee, reporter or a watcher in the ticket to receive email notifications when someone/you edit, transition ticket, add/edit comments.
2. Go to <baseURL>/secure/ViewProfile.jspa --> Preferences --> Change "My Changes:" to "Notify me" and click update
