Progress bar in Epic column on Scrum board is disable

I have created a scrum board, but a progress bar for each epic in Epics column is disable. What should be done to make it active and visible?

I don't have Board setting button, only Configure without option to set Timeline:

Hello, Good day. Go to board settings and make sure "Timeline" is enabled and also check the Epic progress is enabled.
