I've tried to use the Jira Issues Macro in almost every configuration setting and can't seem to be able to display the progress data. Other data such as summary, assignee, report, status are all displaying fine.

One thing I did notice, however, if I don't specify columns, progress is Not only of the columns display, but when I specify Progress and summary, summary comes up fine but progress column is blank.

Do this macro not support certain columns???

Please help.

Thanks,

Rich

Thanks Christian, I've been to those pages. Its odd that the column "progress" is not a column that's mentioned in the documentation, however, its a very important column to display... and is prominently displayed in the issues Navigator.

This is one approach, I tried. I created a filter using a component, in our case PA_Discovery. The issues navigator shows all issues related to that component. I click on view, right click XML and copy link location.

I put that link into a the Issues macro and if I list progress in the column names sections, it doesn't display anything.

Have you had success in displaying a progress column showing the graphic elements that are shown in the issue navigator.

This macro would really help us out if we can display key fields....

Other ideas?

Thanks

Hey,

I'm sorry but I haven't been able to produce anything like that. It seems to me that the progress column can't be displayed as it is not listed in the field list provided by Atlassian. Maybe I am missing something too. I just wanted to point you in right direction.

Cheers

Hi,

check this out:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/JIRA+Issues+Macro

JIRA Field Columns to Display

By default, the following columns are shown:

  • type
  • key
  • summary
  • assignee
  • reporter
  • priority
  • status
  • resolution
  • created
  • updated
  • due

A list of JIRA column names, separated by semi-colons (;).
Example columns are: key, summary, type, created, fixversion, updated, due,
assignee, reporter, priority, status and resolution.
You can include any columns recognised by your JIRA site, including custom columns. See the JIRA documentation for a list of names.

Here you can find more fields...
