Project Permissions - User added project but full admin cannot access

New to Jira and added a new user, user added a project and didn't categorize it.  I have full admin rights but can not access the project settings to change the category.  How can I have full admin rights and add a user who doesn't have admin and admin can not access the project to change the category.  I have access to do everything else but that..

Hi Tai,

You need to be in the global permission "Administer JIRA".

With you in that permission, you will be able to manage JIRA, including it's projects, workflows, permissions, etc.
