Project administration returning error screen

Whenever I am trying access the project admin option on botton left of any project, I am getting blank screen

I have project admin permissions and it was working fine before

Clear out your cookies/cache

Validate your permissions - might be some additional permissions in place on the project to mask it from user who arent part of Group 'X'
