My Kanban board under general has the below filter:

project = A1B AND issuetype in (Bug, Issue, Story, Task, Sub-task) AND status in (Blocked, Done, "A1B Review", "In Progress", QA, "Ready for Creative", "Ready for ID Team", "Ready for Publish", Review, "To Do") AND "ID Status[Dropdown]" in ("Concept Locked", "Final Locked", "In Development", "In Production", "In Review") ORDER BY created DESC

Under Column Management, I see issue count in their corresponding status example status Ready for ID team shows 10 issues

Problem - On the Kanban board these 10 items do not show

I have checked workflow, custom fields, screens associated and lastly the subfilter shows :fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY

Even if i delete the subfilter and try same results as highlighted in the problem

What am I missing, I want to see my issues on the KanBan board. It was working at some point and not sure what happened

Thanks

G

Hello @SkillUp Jira

Thank you for reaching out.

Additionally to @Chris Buzon suggestion, please try the steps below as well:

  1. Check if your board is configured with any swimlanes under board settings > Swimlanes. Some swimlanes can hide issues from the board, so select "No swimlanes" and check if the problem still reproducing
  2. For which column the status containing the 10 issues are mapped on the board?
  3. If the issues are not returning in the filter itself, please check if they are not added with a Security level

Let us know if this information helps.

A question for you - when you paste that main JQL query into a search, do those 10 issues show up in the search results?  I think the answer will be yes, but I want to confirm.

This could be an issue with the subfilter, or potentially with quick filters.

Do you see the project specifically in the "Projects In Board" area?
