Project is complete but it shows issues

Hi everyone,

I'm new in Jira and looking the progress in some projects it shows as done (all child issues are done or not applicable) but it appear issues pendings (see the attached image)

Hoping you can help me :)

Hi @Oscar Barrera  welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will want to make sure that all issues associated have a resolution selected. That is how Jira sees a ticket as completed. So there may be some subtasks sitting around that are associated that don't have a resolution.
