The projects sidebar is still not showing and we can't see the sprints or work on them, how can we solve this issue as it has been here since the 3rd of Oct 2024?

Hi @Osama , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. 

Please can you share a screen of this problem? You can remove any sensitive data. 

I wouldn't expect you to have a view of Sprints or a Backlog from a Jira business project. Do you mean that you are having this problem in a software project? Do you mean that this is a team-managed instead of Work Management project? 

If you can share some more details please, we will try to help you.

Jira Work Management projects are designed for business teams and do not natively support sprints (which are specific to Jira Software projects). If you're trying to work with sprints, you might be in the wrong project type. To work with sprints, ensure you are using a Jira Software project, which has Agile features like boards and sprints.
