Proxy error 502 with bulk change: Edit Issues

Hello Guys,

We have two JIRA’s instances: PRE & PRO. In both, when we want to do the bulk change “Edit Issues”, we recieve a proxy error 502. Here is the error’s text:

Proxy Error:

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /jira/secure/views/bulkedit/BulkEditDetails.jspa.

Reason: Error reading from remote server.

A reason about this error: all custom fields are part of all issue types in our JIRA and the bulk change can't charge all the fields.

Our JIRA's version is 7.3.0. In both instances.

Hi again,

We saw this solution, but we don't understand the proxy error in our JIRA.
With the option bulk edit, we don't go out of our network because it's JIRA internal option. So we don't need to pass the proxy.

Our JIRA isn't in any external web, we have it in an intranet.
