Hi everyone!
I'm trying to create a dashborad and some filters to share them with non Jira users (anonymous users). I've set the project permissions to anyone for the "project search" option and shared the dashboards and filters using the public option, but it doesn't work, the anonymous users can't see anything. However, they can access into a single ticket using the URL.
Is there some idea of what could be wrong?
Thanks!
I don't think it's anything you're doing wrong. But in Jira 7 the way licensing is handled in Jira changed significantly from previous versions. All the Jira Agile/Jira Software functions become unavailable to anonymous users, including dashboard gadgets.
I would recommend checking out this KB: Anonymous User does not have Access to JIRA Agile Features after Upgrade to JIRA 7
It explains a way you can create a service account to meet a similar need. It's not truly anonymous, but it might help to let those users see this kind of data.
Thanks for your answer, Andrew. I will take a look.

This would be a great feature. Or at least a way of opening it to non-Jira users that authenticate in some other way (e.g. an Atlassian account outside of my organisation). It would be of huge benefit to those with multiple customers, and would significantly drive adoption and investment.
