Public forms - will the user (non licensed user) still get notifications?

With the rollout of public forms, will a user who creates a new request (using a public form) get updates from JIRA on status?

Hi Alhyatt - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't see who it could unless some type of license free account is setup like customers for JSM. We'll have to wait and see!
